House Rules
Refund Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If canceled 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, 50% refund applies. No refund is offered inside 14 days before booking date.
During Stay
- We have a worm farm septic system, only organic and biodegradable products can be used for washing and cleaning. No other products are permitted to be flushed down the toilet other than toilet paper.
- Number of persons sleeping not to exceed the number stated for the property.
- No parties allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Not suitable for children under 12.
- No smoking allowed.
- Leave the premise clean and tidy.
- Remove all rubbish and recycling from the premises.
- Ensure all doors & windows locked.
- Close all blinds.
- Any breakages or damage done to the property, repair/replacement costs will be recovered.
- Late checkout will incur a fee to the cleaner for rescheduling at $30 per 15min after checkout time.
